Ada’s ex Chrys reveals ‘heartbreak’
Earlier this month Ada Nicodemou was photographed holding hands with businessman Adam Rigby, and now her ex-husband Chrys Xipolitas has taken to social media to make a series of emotional statements.
Taking to Instagram on Monday evening, the restauranteur, who shares four-year-old son Johnas with the Home And Away actress, posted a quote which read: “That moment when you can actually feel the pain in your chest from seeing or hearing something that breaks your heart”.
And accompanying it was the caption, “Im sure today wont be the last time my boy breaks my heart… with being the first time it really is a hard pill to swallow. I know he wouldn’t have the slightest of an idea.. he is pure, he is innocent.
“Still doesn’t make the feelings disappear. #mylife #myeverything #myboy #mybestmate #mylove.”
This is just the latest in a series of emotional posts he’s shared in recent days.
Over the weekend he uploaded a snap of the famous The Godfather quote, “You’re dead to me” with the caption, “#youredeadtome even in anger i don’t think those words could ever come out of my mouth. #ARGO to anyone and everyone that I’m dead to.
“Those 4 words will really come back and bite you one day.. Have a great weekend everybody (sic).”
Be has reached out to Chrys for comment.
Last week, Chrys responded to reports of Ada’s new relationship with businessman Adam Rigby, on his Facebook account, according to The Daily Telegraph.
“Yes it is true that Ada has found a new interest. Yes I am totally fine with it. I wish her the best of luck with any future relationships. She deserves all the happiness in the world,” the publication said he wrote.
“Time heals all wounds. I’m quietly confident that I can say that we both don’t need to find love to be happy, as we have been blessed with our beautiful son Johnas, anything else is a bonus.”
Chrys and Ada, have endured a tough few years.
Back in September 2014, Ada penned a heartfelt tribute to her second son, who was tragically delivered stillborn that August.
“Chrys and I would like to thank everyone for their love and support through a very difficult time. Thank you xo”, she wrote on Facebook, also adding a special poem Never by K. Fugleberg.
“There are many things I will never get to do, but the hardest is not being with you,” read the final lines of the poem.
“Our baby boy Harrison was delivered stillborn on Thursday 7 August 2014. We appreciate your love and support as we mourn the loss of our precious son,” the couple said in a statement from Channel 7.
Woman’s Day magazine reported that Chrys had moved out of the family home before last Christmas, after struggling to cope with the loss of their son.
“Chrys went into a Sydney clinic for six weeks because he hadn’t dealt with it properly,” a source claimed. “He has a history of depression and anxiety, and losing a child was really tough on both of them.”
The couple were married for nine years but are believed to have split briefly in 2010, before reconciling and welcoming Johnas in August 2012.
