Home and Away is set to air a shock death in the coming weeks, as three major characters find themselves in terrible danger.
TV Week reports that either Irene Roberts, Felicity Newman or Cash Newman will tragically lose their life in scenes that will air in Australia this week, as they each end up in a potentially fatal situation.
With Irene having discovered that her apparent new friend Bronte Langford has in fact been conning her for weeks by lying about being terminally ill, she has broken her sobriety and turned back to alcohol.

Ashamed that she could have fallen for Bronte’s lies, Irene has taken to sitting alone drinking all day and has demanded that her friends leave her alone.
But Irene is about to make a big mistake, as she attempts to climb her stairs while in a drunken state and has a horrifying fall. Irene is left lying unconscious at the bottom of the stairs – but with the Summer Bay veteran having pushed her loved ones away, will anyone find her before it’s too late?
Elsewhere, Felicity’s recent entanglement with the River Boys gang could prove to be the biggest mistake she’s ever made. After a rocky introduction, Felicity fell for gang leader Rory Templeton’s charms, despite her brother Cash’s pleas to stay away from him.

Felicity became so smitten that she was oblivious to a sinister plot that Rory was involved in, although the bad boy later handed himself in. Will her recent relationship end up costing Felicity her life?
Cash, meanwhile, has been determined to uncover the truth about who killed Mangrove River police officer Franklin McGrath, which has put him right in the River Boys’ firing line.
With the gang famous for their violence, is Cash set to become their next victim?

The mystery death will air in Australia this week, while the scenes will be shown in September in the UK.
The upcoming exit will follow another recent departure from the soap, after a new character left the Bay behind after just a few weeks.
Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.45pm on Channel 5, with repeat screenings at 6pm on 5STAR and first look screenings at 6.30pm on 5STAR. Selected classic episodes are available via Prime Video in the UK.
